Choir Stalls

These oak stalls for choir and canons were designed by Sir Thomas Drew during renovations of the 1890s. Today the cathedral choir provides music for services and concerts, and is affiliated with the Royal College of Church Music. In addition to music of the Anglican tradition, its repertoire contains numerous pieces written by past clergy, organists, and choirmasters - thus preserving an important aspect of Waterford’s musical heritage.
